Withdrawal From Naltrexone

Hi I was currently on Suboxne 1 mg I was told I can start naltrexone I took them 12hrs apart my last dose of naltrexone was 48hrs ago I went into horrible withdrawal. I want to start my suboxne back is that OK?

As a nurse who has worked in drug and alcohol rehabs since 2001, I would say that you were given very bad instructions. You should wait at least 2 weeks after your last dose of Suboxone before you start the Naltrexone.
