Hi, i live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and i find that it is very difficult to the find a doctor in pain managemnt who will prescribe the right types of narcotics to effectively releave my chronic back pain. Any suggestions would be great. Thanx

If your question was for me, I will tell you! After I was done horribly wrong by that witch Muslim pain doctor, Dr. Hasan, who not only had her nurses lie on me in order to screw me over Royally...But she kicked me when I was down!! When I was going through a separation and near-divorce from my wife!...But Praise The Lord God Jesus Christ, my wife and I reconciled and are doing better than ever now!

Anyway, on the very same day I was dropped by that THING called Dr. Hasan, I just went to my car, bowed my head and prayed. I asked God to show me a new pain doctor. Then I did a search on my phone and the very First page showed Advanced Pain Management and showed Dr. Jeremy Scarlett!

I called and got an appointment scheduled 3 weeks from that day. Hasan had given me one final 30-day supply of my pain meds...So I was all set except for one thing...

After reading all the horror stories from people about how they couldn't find another pain dr. That was willing to take them after being dropped by one, I worried and stressed for 3 weeks!

But the day finally came and prior to that, I had so many thoughts...What should I say? Should I lie? Then I definitely ruled out lying! So when I had the appointment, I told Dr. Scarlett the truth...Exactly what happened, and you know what he did?

He looked at me and said, "Brian, don't worry...I'm taking you as a new patient!" Then he examined me and he started giving me almost the same amount of pain meds that I was getting from DR. THING HASAN!

And now, 3 years later, I'm still seeing Dr. Scarlett and his equally awesome assistant, Christa!! They are just absolutely Wonderful to me!! And I would not trade them or mess up with them for Nothing in the world!!

Dr. Scarlett and Christa and their whole entire staff...are true Blessings sent right to me from Lord God Jesus Christ himself!! And HE...GOD...AKA JESUS CHRIST...Is still very much in the Miracle Performing Business!! I am Living Proof of this!!!!

I need a pain Dr for my back. I fell on my back. I will tell the Dr more about my condition when I can get in to see someone.

If you don't mind me asking where did you find your new pain dr. that is compassionate? He or she sounds like a God sent miracle for you & that is what I'm in need of right now.

You must be talking about a different doctor named Scarlett because there's no Meagan that works with him that I know of.

Besides, one of their rules is Absolutely No Alcoholic Beverages of any kind if you are taking narcotics through them. And it Should be that way.

Dr. Jeremy Scarlett and his NP and staff have treated me with Nothing but the Best!! 100 times the pathetic worthless treatment that I received from Dr. Hasan and her staff!

Scarlett doesn't care & neither do his nurses! I had scarlett for severe pain in my hand after a work injury - (3 reconstruction surgeries -done by a specialist). Scarlett prescribed over a dozen non-narcotic meds. Many made me sick or black out. None helped the pain. Now I saw him & his nurses for severe pain due to 4 broken ribs - metal plates on 3. I was on oxy & clonidine, but "Meagan" told me today that it was illegal for them to prescribe either to a patient who has 2 alcoholic beverages a week. I was actually taking nyquil the past few nights because I have a severe cold. And, that is a lie- they only have guidelines. They expect me to live my life in severe pain. I am losing both my jobs & my home, because I cannot function like this & deal with the public.

Ya got that right Jen! Yeah, there towards the end of her, her Assistant tried to tell me that I came up Positive for hydrocodone. I take oxycodone. Hydrocodone aka Vicodin, doesn't work well with me. It makes me out of my head crazy and violent.

When I told her she was incorrect, she yelled something like, "You apologize to me or I'll drop your ass!" And she Did say Ass!

I told her I wasn't apologizing for nothing, and that I'd not had a dirty u/a or b/a in the whole 7.5 years I was going there. And if she read my file she would see that I can't even take what she's accusing me of.

Well, she went back and read. Then she said she owed me a very big apology, that she must've misinterpreted my drug panel because I was actually Clean!

But I never saw that NP again and wondered why. After Hasan had nurses falsify my records and claimed I took way more pills than what I should've, along with calling me to suddenly bring my pills In for a count, something they'd never ever done in the whole 8 years, I knew something was up. So I counted them and had the guy running the desk there count them. I was like 2 pills short, not 32! He even complimented me on it.

I knew something was up though when I asked the nurse to let me go back with her to count my pills.

First time she pretended not to hear me. Then the 2nd time, she just shook her head NO! I had the desk guy count Again before leaving and it was same amount that I took there.

However, next visit the witch Hasan falsely accused me of being super short and said she had to drop me. She said she could either start weaning me off them, put me in detox to go cold turkey, or give me 30 day refills and I could try my luck with a new doctor.

She refused to give me a referral. I found the awesome dr I have now on that same day!! He and the assistant and staff are 100 times better than that witch!

I later learned that she had broken so many rules, and by AMA laws she was Supposed to give me a referral and help me find a new doctor. But God helped me that same day, and I didn't need her help.

I also found out that she'd gotten in serious trouble with the FBI, FDA, and other authorities. And she needed scape goats to make herself look good. So she started finding reasons for dropping all Christians, just to make her Muslim ass look good.

I tell you what though...That witch dropping my ass...it was a Blessing In Disguise!

She is so full of it!!! That b**** of a doctor told me one day that my u/a came back with heroin in it and I never in my life touched street drugs!!!! She just didn't want to deal with all my paper work. I cut my fingers off at work so she got rid of me. And yes you wait for hours and hours and the staff is rude.

Universal pain center is where I go but with the new laws even they are cracking down on their patients. You can't have more than 100mg of extended release medication and no more than 6 immediate release tablets any MG on that. Last visit I was told that they are trying to pass legislation that you can only take two Extended release tabs per day because the pharmaceutical companies say they last 12 hours per tab, which is total BS if you ask me because the extended release only last me 8 hours or less depending upon my pain. I used to get my script filled every 28 days now they just told me that I have to come in every 30 days except this time they pushed me back 5 days so I'm supposed to go 4 days without any meds. Then I was told by the office girl when I called about my appointment time that because I've been filling my prescriptions every 28 days that I should have extra and because of the holidays which is ridiculous considering that the holidays also on weekends this year. My pain doctor even told me that I should start stockpiling if I can. Unfortunately I'm not able to stockpile because I take my meds as directed and if I have extra pain I usually had a few extra because I was getting my script filled every 28. And Universal Pain Clinic is a money order or credit card only clinic now $200 per visit. I've gone to four other pain clinics that accept my insurance and none were willing to give out narcotics even with other treatments such as inj's. or other procedures. I was told at one point at Universal Pain Management that I should just go to a methadone clinic. Methadone clinics don't treat for pain they treat for addicts. I'm not denying that I'm addicted to my medication since I've been on it for over 10 years but come now it's getting ridiculous out here. The PA that I see monthly said they're getting really out of hand and that within the next year the only people that will be allowed to get pain medication will be those with cancer or in hospice. She also said that she is in the uncomfortable position of knocking people down from 300 - 800 milligrams of extended-release medication down to only a hundred mg.

I'm in search of a pain doc to take over writing the high doses of narcotic I'm on. I unfortunately can't see the prescribing doc anymore. I've been on them for 2 plus yrs an need them. I'm in the Oshkosh area but willing to go as far south as Milwaukee an as far north as Appleton or Madison, WI

Please Do Not Use Dr. Nosheen Hasan... Not unless you want to be looked down on and receive rude treatment...And not unless you want to be waiting 3 hours or longer past your appointment time, and until Hasan just feels like coming to work.

And not unless you do every thing right and want to take U/A's and blood work at every freaking appointment.

And not unless no matter what, if Hasan gets in a jam with the DEA or FBI, etc...And so she starts looking for scape goats...People that she can have her nurses lie on in their records, causing them to be Discharged...Just so she can make herself look good to the DEA and other federal authorities that she gets into hot water with.

And ESPECIALLY NOT UNLESS IT'S OK TO YOU TO BE KICKED DURING A HARSH TIME IN YOUR LIFE WHEN YOU ARE ALREADY DOWN!!

If none of these things bother you just so you can get a few little pills, then by all means, call the witch! But if you do, it's like you will be selling your soul to the Devil!!

I'm sorry, but that is how it is with her!! And besides, there are a lot of much much nicer, compassionate doctors out there who will treat you like a real human being who is just in pain and suffering.

Doctors that will treat you with respect and kindness, and who actually turns up for work on time and gets you in and out Fast!

And doctors who won't drain your insurance and your bank account with multiple unnecessary co-pays by forcing both monthly U/A's and blood work on you!!

Our insurance company was just about to file a complaint against Hasan for that very same thing...Totally Unnecessary evaluations! Maybe that is why she pulled the stunt that she pulled on me and others!!

I'm in no way trying to be rude or mean to you! But I care about people like me who suffer from chronic pain, yet whose Government and FDA think that we are Nothing but drug seeking liars, and think that the Only ones that have true pain are cancer patients!!

That is complete Bulls***! Because chronic pain is Real. It is true Blue pain and at times is almost Intolerable!! I care enough about you to tell you the Truth about a Bulls*** mistreating doctor and her crude, snobby nosed Nurse Practitioners! And Hasan and her staff of misfits are some of them!! The absolute Worst!!

And I would just hate to see ya get sucked into her crappy treatment! Ok, I had better stop now before I really lose my temper...Thinking about her sorry backside all over again!!!

Hey, try Dr. David Stein at 414-257-4673, or universal pain on north ave at 414-444-8670. Also Hassan's number is 414-771-6315. Let me know how they work. I have a lot more doctors that can help with pain that I have seen and know that they're legit. I've seen all three of those doctors and all gave me the meds for pain that work.

His name is Dr. Jeremy Scarlett out of Advanced Pain Management. He has an office in Sheboygan, Manitowoc, and West Bend, WI.

To make an appointment you need to call 800-901-7246. It might be 888-901-7246. Let them know your situation and ask to make an appointment with him Specifically. I'm not guaranteeing Anything. You just simply said you were basically in search for a Good doctor, and one that might give out prescriptions...And I just simply replied!

But he and his NP, Christa, and his other Assistants...And their whole staff are the Absolute Best people! And they never look down their nose at their patients like Dr. Hasan and her BS staff!! And they treat their patients as human beings that are suffering...Not as drug seeking junkies!

Man Oh Man...I could not Stand Dr. Hasan and her NP Jennelle!! The way they mistreated patients and the way that Wheaton Franciscan let them, was Beyond comprehension!! My last day with that no good witch, I should've given her a good cursing out like the other patients did. But I didn't!

I'm just really glad that nightmare is over and that I now have a Super pain doctor and staff!

I tell ya, those guys are just plain Unbeatable...the awesome treatment they provide!!!

I hate to bug you, but since I've moved here from TN I've been having a hard time finding a pain mgt dr that actually cares about their patients & are willing to put them pback on their pain meds, so if you don't mind me asking, what's you pain mgt dr.'s name & #??? I would appreciate the info so much. I feel like I'm loosing the last great years w/my kids before they all graduate & move on w/their lives. I so badly want to spend as much time as possible w/them, but this pain keeps me from going out & doing everything w/them that I use to do when my pain was managed. Please, if you could, help me!!! If you don't mind my asking, what's the name & phone # of the new pain mgt dr you now see that seems to truly care about people in pain? I'm going through the same thing, being let go for no reason at all! Well actually I can still see him and continue w/ all the inj's. & physical therapy, but they're no longer writing scripts due to all the *****s that abuse, sell, buy & OD! So I have to now suffer because of others! It really pisses me off, I mean really, I'm loosing my right to get pain meds to help me get out w/ my family & enjoy my life! I really need help, I'm missing out on the last years of my kids years here at home. Soon they will be moving on & I will not be able to get this time back! He does give out prescriptions. He is a very kind and compassionate doctor...The best doctor that I have ever Had...PERIOD!!!

But Dr. Scarlett is also NO DUMMY either!! And he will treat patients according to how he views them and examines them.

It is well worth it in my opinion to go and see him.
