If I sniffed a opana 40 on Sunday will I be able to pass a urine test on Wednesday?

I am prescribed 5 mg opana but have been taking 40 mg opana er. Will these show up as the same or will a urine drug test show the same or will they be able to tell I've been taking the 40's?
