Will Ritalin Show After 3 Days On Drug Test?

I took 60 mg of Ritalin in a course of three days and didn't have anything for three days after, but on the third day I had a drug screen from the methadone clinic. Will it show up? Before that I have been clean for almost two years. I have never failed a drug test since I've been going to the clinic. My sobriety means everything and since I had that slip I'm worried to death. I can't sleep or eat. I'm afraid I'm going to lose everything including my family if I failed. Please help me and let me know if I'm going to be ok. Thanks

I am assuming you had a urine drug screen!! Amphetamine has a detection period of about 1-2 days (approx) in a urine drug test. My best educated guess would be that you will be negative on the clinic test. If they did a Hair Drug Test you wouldn't have anything to worry about.

Yes it was a urine drug screen! I'm just really scared I have been researching and they say anywhere up to 5 days but but I'm not a chronic user like I said I only took 60 milligrams over a period of 3 days and before that have been clean for a year and a half but exactly three days after I stopped taking Aunt I was hit with a drug screen urine so if you think that I will be fine and it won't show up then I really appreciate you getting back to me I don't want my husband finding out because he and I are going through the sobriety together and I feel he'd leave.

Scared and Ashamed- I know it's been a long time since you posted, but it's a shot in the dark...I am going crazy. I haven't slept in days worrying about a drug test I took two days ago for my recovery program. I have been in recovery for four years. I don't know why, but I took 60mg Ritalin ER on Friday and had the drug screen on the following Tuesday. I feel terrible and am stressed out because I have a lot to lose if I have a positive test. How did your test turn out?

If you only took that one pill I think you should be OK and pass the test. Since that is such a small amount it should go out of the system pretty fast. Even if they test down to 300 ng/mL I don't think that would be enough to show a positive.
