No, the Naloxone in the Suboxone, plus the way the Buprenorphine clings to the opiate receptors prevents other opiates from working, while taking Suboxone.
The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
Have you consulted your doctor? They may have an idea of what may help your pain. Are you on any other medications? Can you take nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories?
