Hi, Shay!
It is possible that it just isn't effective for you. Not every medication works for everyone that tries it.
However, you are supposed to pick a quit date, which is normally your 8th day of taking the Chantix and try to stick with it and let the medication help you by preventing the cravings for them.

This medication has helped many people quit smoking, but it is not a miracle drug that will do everything by itself, you do have to make some effort to quit, as well.
