Will I Pass My Urinalysis??

If I took twelve, 4mg dilaudid 4duys & 15hrs b4 a urinalysis, will it show up? I'm not very active bcuz of injuries/ilness' & Im not a big eater- sometimes won't get hungry for 4-7dys. Therefore, I'm guessing my metabolism isn't the greatest. I've never taken anything other than what was prescribed & Im terrified I may be discharged from a wonderful pain dr!! I've been sick & vomiting for 2 1/2 weeks & didn't have enuf of my reg meds. Only person I know only had dilaudid. Also, do urinalysis done @ pain dr's show levels as well as positive/negative. Please help, I'm seriously panicking!!!!
