Will 60 Mgs Of Hydrocodone Be Out My Urine In 58 Hours

After 58-60 hours will 60 mgs of Lortab still show in a 12-13 panel urine test for pain management purposes? I am prescribed 50mgs of Oxycodone dly. pharmacy shorted me by 6 pills so I got 6/10 mg Lortab from my Mom.

Most narcotics are out of your system in 24 to 48 hours, however, it can vary, depending on the amount used, so there is a chance they may still detect it.

A more in-depth panel test like the one you mentioned is often used to detect specific drugs taken, rather than the more general ones that just show the presence of opiates, in general.

Lortab contains Acetaminophen and Hydrocodone, so it will show up as that, via its metabolites.

If your pharmacy shorted you, why didn't you just contact them about the problem?

Well, I did contact the pharmacy, but it is hard to actually prove that after a month has passed as well as the amount that I get/month. I do not abuse my medicine in any way...take it as it is directed, but not everyone sees a pain management patient as someone truly in pain. Some people, especially pharmacies, look at you as a drug user, abuser, manipulator, etc..well, you get my point? Thanks for your answer.

i know how you feel so many out there abuse and then the once like us get judged. i am in pain, and if i could do something else then take these meds then i would.as for your question it takes 72 hrs for loritab to be out of your system.
