Wikoryl contains the active ingredients Paracetamol, Phenylephrine and Chlorpheniramine, it is usually used to treat cold symptoms.

Caffeine in wikoryls' dose doesnt cause sleeplessness......but it increase penetration of drug and decreases sedative effect of chlorphenaramine.
