Why Was Dilaudid In My System?

I am currently taking Oramorph, Loratab, Zanaflex, Baclofen, Zanax, Omeprazole, Phenegran, Lonox. For some strange reason when I took a urine test it showed I had high levels of Dilaudid in my system. I really need some one to help me figure this out.

It is probably caused by the oramorph, as dilaudid is hydro-morphone and is a morphine/opiate just as dilaudid

Yes, Dilaudid is the pill form for heroin. It is probably the Oromorph, which is morphine.
