Why It's Hard To Fill Your Oxycodone Perscription

It's because the dea is shutting down all the pill mills and pain clinics in Florida, there was a time when people from my state,GA would go down there to use there clinics, the DEA caught wind of this and started shutting things down. So as of now April of 2013 all the people from Florida an other states are comming here to get the medication so they're not sick. Which creates a drought. The pharmacies cannot keep up with the demand and they also profile people that look like they would abuse or sell the narcotic pill. I personally use one mom and pops store, once you find a place that will fill it your normally gonna keep going back there since your on record, and if they don't have them they can call another one of their branches to see if they have any. I hoped this answerd your questions on why it's difficult to get oxycodone filled.

Such issues are just part of the reasons, actually.

On top of the concerns of over prescribing and improper prescribing, there was an issue with many pharmacies and their medication stocking practices.

There is a limit on how much of any controlled substance a pharmacy can order and have in stock each month and many were ignoring this and just ordering more in, or exceeding the stock limits. Most of it was done to meet customer demand, but it was still against regulations.

Thus, in regards to that, the DEA and FDA have also begun to enforce those limits, which means many pharmacies can no longer meet the monthly demand from their customers, anymore.

In response, many pharmacies have started to restrict who they will fill for, such as only customers who live within a certain radius of their store and whose doctors are also in the immediate area.

The key to get your meds is to be one step ahead of the dea and the pharmacy's. People looking for meds always go to the shortest line or nearest pharmacy. go further away. Far far away like a friend or relative in a far away state that will get your script filled for you then overnight or priority mail it which is much cheaper back to you. Your friend is your caregiver. Regardless of the BS the pharmacy tells you they have the meds. My best friend takes me to the doctor both of us get seen go to the same pharmacy he gets filled, I don't. THEY Lie right to your face. But I'm smarter than a pharmacist that went to school for 10 months and who now wants to play doctor. I send my scripts to a relative in a far away state priority mail with cash. They don't do this BS everywhere just Florida. She gets my scripts filled and mails it back. OK dea how you like them apples. Now you will have to screw the whole (country) instead of just Floridians. And you don't have that much power. Ha ha I'm smarter than all the dea and you can't do nutin about it. So all you people that say I can't get my meds within 150 miles of my house send that script 1000 miles away. Problem solved.. vwala you are all welcome. Took me awhile how to beat those Florida f***s dea a**holes. If they tried to do this nationwide people would disban the dea.FIGHT FOR PATIENTS RIGHTS NOBODY HAS A PROBLEM GETTING THE SCRIPTS JUST FILLING THEM FILL OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA
