The tablet with the K 18 on it is manufactured by KVK Tech and they list it as containing 5mgs of Oxycodone.
However, the tablet with the 54 543 marking is manufactured by Roxane Laboratories and they list it as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Oxycodone, which explains the size difference. it contains a combination of medications.
They are both narcotic analgesics, but the addition of the Acetaminophen augments that action of the Oxycodone for some people, so it works better.
The FDA classifies this medication as being a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
