I *always* take my pill on time. Well, around 11:58-12:02. I try my best to take it at 12:00. My boyfriend doesn't come when we do it but my doctor told me I could still get pregnant. I have an overgrowth of bacteria that is common in pregnant women, but when I went to the doctor, they took a test and said I wasn't pregnant. I'm worried because I took my pill at 11:58 by accident the other day. Before I was on birth control, my boyfriend would just pull out before he came and that went on for two months. Then I got on birth control and my first month, my period came on the day I took my first white pill. The next month it came on the fourth day. This is my third day on my white pill this month and so far, I haven't had any signs of my period. Please help!

Yes, your doctor was correct, some men don't always completely pull out in time and some also release sperm early on, so there is still a slight pregnancy risk to that method.
As to the time you take your pill, it doesn't have to be that precise, taking it within a couple of minutes isn't going to make any difference. There would only be a concern if you actually totally forgot to take one or more of them.
As to being late, this is a hormonal contraceptive, so such irregularities can be normal, while your body is getting used to it, however, if you are concerned, then please contact your doctor and have another pregnancy test done.
