I am just curios to know why respridal's side effects are very similar to Anabolic steroids. I know it is an anti depressant but I've noticed it causes weight gain and some people show symtoms of "rage". Can someone please answer this question?

It's primarily because they can both have an effect on the chemicals in our brain. These types of side effects, among others, are normal for any medication that affects the chemicals in the brain, including antidepressants and Benzodiazepines. Not everyone experiences them, but it is always a possibility.
