i was advised B-long F for one month. i would like to know the benefits & side effects of this tablet. Also would like to know whether this will be required to be taken for a longer period.

Do you mean Blong F? From what I was able to gather it is supposed to help with ovulation. Also, I believe Blong F is not from the US, but from India. I was unable to gather any side effects due to the limited amount of information.
