Why Didnt Lortab Show Up In Urine Test When I Take It Nightly

I go to my doc monthly. He prescribed lortab 10mg one at night and methadone 10mg 5 a day. Last month he did a UA and the lortab didn't show up. I go tomorrow, do I need to take more than prescribed so it will show up this time??
