Who Is Manufacturer Of My Yellow 4mg Dilaudid?

Who is the manufacturer of the tiny, round, yellow dilaudid 4mg tablet? My pharmacy recently switched to dilaudid 4mg made by Mallinck. They do not work as fast or as long. I find myself needing them 3x day instead of 2x day. And they take an extra 20 minutes to work. I want to find a pharmacy that continues to use the manufacturer of my previous Rx. Thank you so much.

My pharmacy just did the same thing I feel you. The yellow ones, if they have a p imprint a made by Purdue pharma lp. Otherwise "Mallinck" is probably short for "Mallinckrodt"

Rhodes is the manufacturer of a small round yellow tablet imprinted with a pet on one side and 4 on the other.

Yellow oral are the color of 4mg dilaudid, and the P is from the manufacturer only. Other features include a white 4 being from manufacturers. Been at this point for over 49 yr, check out Internet.

What are the markings on the tablets in question? Can you please post back with more details?
