Who Will Rx Opana In Ralieghdurham

I am new to Raliegh and need PM phy that will let me try Opana.My Oxy is no longer helping as much.I was a major trauma on April of 2000.In hospital for 6M and almost died.My spine surgeries started the end of July 2000.They would not operate til it was known I would live.Harrington Rods T4-L2 after 2nd sp surgery.Was on my way home from work,sitting at light on a 4 lane highway waiting for green light.Was in a conversion van.Was broadsided by one ton pickup with brush-hog going 85mph.My seat belt broke on the floor and was partially ejected through the passenger window that was up and was jerked back by the shoulder strap.At the same time the transmission smashed the front seat..I must not have fit well going thru the window cause my Rt side sustained severe injuries.My life took a major turn that fateful day.At 50yrs old the most I had taken was Ibuprofin.I often wonder why a pain med that REALLY WORKS will not be prescribed by doctors.I was given 2 choices by my Dr. Be addicted to a drug or be in a wheelchair the rest of my life.This was a no brainer for me.I could care less what other think.I can function and move and WALK on my feet.I need to find someone Raliegh are so I do not have to go back North for my 3month check per the controlled substance folks.Any help out there?Thanks.Magnet.

Well, you will have to see a pain management specialist, because under the new laws, general practitioners and surgeons will only be allowed to prescribe narcotic medications for very short periods of time, such as right after someone has surgery.

However, the worst thing you can do is to ask what they will prescribed when you first call to set up an appointment, because doctors and their staff are taught to view that as drug seeking behavior. Thus, what you need to do is set up an appointment first and then just make sure that they get a full copy of your medical records.
