I found this tablet on the living room floor and I have an eight-teen year old daughter and had visitors that could have possibly had it and dropped it.

Sounds like Emagrin Forte....an otc for upper respiratory problems...

That is correct, it contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen, 200mgs of Guaifenesin and 10mgs of Phenylephrine.

A large white round pill with capital letters AZ & 286 below it is over the counter migraine relief such as Excedrin. I use it all the time. Harmless unless you want to sleep!
