UpdatedWatson 3203 pill, white with orange specks. Never seen them before today. What are they?

Orange specks? I've seen pictures of the WATSON 3203 tablets, and they've either been solid white or orange, but not with specks. According to the inscription you posted it should be a pain killer containing Hydrocodone 7.5 mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg (basically a generic Norco).
Now, the tablet with WATSON 3202 matches your color description more closely, and is in fact a similar drug containing the same amount of Acetaminophen, but with 5 mg of Hydrocodone instead of 7.5. NDC code 0591-3202.
Can I ask which one is it that you are seeing?
