White Tablet With 512 On It

Updated

White tablet scored down center on one side and the number 512 on other. I found it in my cabinet, and I have no idea how old it is or more importantly what it is?

This tablet contains Oxycodone Hydrochloride 5 mg + Acetaminophen 325 mg (NDC 0406-0512).

512 White Round Tablet

Inactive Ingredients:

- Crospovidone
- Cellulose, Microcrystalline
- Povidones
- Starch, Corn
- Silicon Dioxide
- Stearic Acid
