A Mexican pharmacy is selling oblong white pills that say "Watson" and "500." What are they really?

I'm not finding information on any tablets with just Waston and 500 on them, however, this makes sense if it is something from Mexico.

Their medications are not regulated like those in the U.S. and those imprints do not have to be logged with the FDA.

What are they claiming they are?
