Very tiny white round pill with a capital A on one side and 75 printed on the other-

I have found a small white pill in my son's pocket. It has a 75 on one side and an @ sign on the other....anyone know what it is? I live in the UK. Thanks for your help feeling worried :(

The white tablet with an actual capital A and the number 75 on the opposite side is actually a 10mg Hydroxyzine tablet, a generic for Vistaril.

It's an antihistamine that's used to treat allergic reactions and for its sedative like effects, thus most of its side effects are linked to that and can include dizziness, drowsiness and sedation.

The one mentioned by Krose is actually tan or grey color (there are 2 that contain the same thing) and it does contain 75mgs of Rantidine, it has the Forest Pharmaceuticals logo one one side and the 75 on the other with a score that shows above and below the 75.

Ranitidine is an antacid that's used to help treat or prevent conditions such as heartburn, GERD, ulcers and gastritis.

i found the same pill small round white with 75 and @ sign with k init, was thinking the worse of course and searched the whole flat to find out that it is an indigestion relief pill called ranitidine. hope this helped.
