One thing we can rule out right off the bat is that this is not a USA, FDA-approved prescription drug since they are required by law to have an imprint (containing either numbers or letters or both) for identification. The scoreline is simply there for dividing a pill in half and has nothing to do with the actual FDA-required imprint itself.
This leaves over-the-counter medication, dietary supplements, foreign drugs and counterfeit or illicit drugs as the remaining possibilities.
However, from my perspective the only viable way to identify a pill with no imprint is to have its contents analyzed by a lab and/or drug panel.
