Anita, I can confirm that a white round pill with the imprint 113 HH is Losartan Potassium 100 mg. (NDC code 16571-502). Although I am a bit confused because in your message you are also saying that your refill contained pills with the imprint 113 S which also happens to be another brand of Losartan Potassium 100 mg (NDC code 43547-362). It is common to see the same generic drug manufactured by many different companies, thereby taking different appearances. Can you please share any other details? Which pills did in fact appear in your refill? The ones described in the title of this page, or in your message?
