Unfortunately I haven't been able to find an exact match based on the description you provided. The closest match I've found is Hyoscyamine sulfate extended release (0.125mg). It is a round white pill with the imprint B over 325 (divided by a score line) on one side, nothing on the back. It is manufactured by Breckenridge Pharmaceutical, Inc. and has a National Drug Code of 51991-0325.

Hyoscyamine is used to provide symptomatic relief to various digestive system disorders including spasms, peptic ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome, pancreatitis, colic and cystitis. It has also been used to relieve some heart problems, control some of the symptoms of Parkinson's disease, as well as for control of respiratory secretions in palliative care.
