Found it on the floor in my bathroom I have no due what it is at all

This tablet is manufactured by Zydus Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Topiramate.

The FDA classifies this medication as an anticonvulsant and lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, nervousness, loss of appetite and abdominal pain.
