Each round, unscored, white, biconvex, controlled-release tablet, marked with "ON" on one side and "10" on the other, contains oxycodone hydrochloride 10 mg.
Nonmedicinal ingredients: tablet core: butylated hydroxytoluene, magnesium stearate, and polyethylene oxide; tablet coating: hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol 400, and titanium dioxide.
