Found this in a coat pocket. Not sure what it is. It looks familiar but I have a bad memory.

Is the marking possibly 44 over 183?

If so, from what I can find, it is an over the counter tablet that contains 325mgs of Buffered Aspirin, which is commonly used to treat pain, fever, and headache. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, increased risk of bleeding, headache, and stomach irritation.
