White Round Pill 277

The pill is white,bottom part says 277,top part looks like sideways 8 with a diagonal line through it.

I can't find this listed in any of our U.S. prescription drug resources.

There is a good possibility that it is something available over the counter, however, it could also be a foreign medication.

Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?
