I recently found a white, circular pill with a 107 imprint on one side and a line etched across the other side and I haven't been able to find any information.

Based on your description, the closest match I'm seeing on the internet is a round "peach" pill with 107 on one side and a score line across the other side; the only discrepancy being the color. This particular pill is identified as a 12.5mg Promethazine hydrochloride tablet, used for allergies, motion sickness, nausea, and vomiting.
It's reportedly manufactured by Caraco Pharma. I wonder if your pill may be made by this same company given the strikingly similar description?
