White Rd Lg Pill

What are these large round white pills, scored on one side, TCL above score, with 272 underneath and blank on the otherside? During my search I've been given two very different answers.

This tablet is manufactured by Time Cap Laboratories and they list it as containing 400mgs of Guaifenesin, which is an expectorant that is used to treat congestion caused by cold or allergies.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and dry mouth.
