White Pill With 02 Z

What is it used for and does it have another name besides 02 on one side and Z on the other side? Some people say it's an opiate / narcotic. Is it?

This medication is manufactured by Aurobindo Pharma and they list it as containing 10mgs of Memantine, which is used to treat dementia.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, confusion, and mood changes.
