Is this white oval shaped pill marked with m367 a Vicodin or a Norco? I found this in my office at work and some tell me it's a Vicodin and some tell me It's a Norco. Either way I'm just trying to figure out who may have dropped it.

Hello, Marie! How are you?
Vicodin and Norco are actually the same medication, both contain Acetaminophen coupled with the opiate Hydrocodone, they are just different brands names for different doses of it. The one is manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 10mgs of Hydrocodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen.
The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
