White Pill 178 S G

What kind of pill is white with 178 on one side and s g on the other side? It's supposed to be Gabapentin 800 mfg by Glenmark.

That is correct, it does contain 800mgs of Gabapentin, which is an anticonvulsant that is also used to treat certain types of mood disorders, and some forms of nerve pain.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, weight changes, and mood changes.
