I located a white oval pill that has IMO on one side and scored on the back with the numbers 2 | 125 on each side of the scoreline. I realize your description doesn't have numbers, but part of me suspects whether this might be related based on the striking resemblance I'm seeing.
If it's of any help, the pill I'm describing is reportedly identified as Imodium advanced (Loperamide 2 mg / Simethicone 125 mg); used for treating diarrhea.
For verification, the manufacturer/distributor is listed as McNeil Consumer Healthcare and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 00045-0202.
Does anyone else have thoughts to add?
