Collins is a Mexican drug company, their products are not approved for sale in the U.S., nor are they listed in our databases.

They do have a website, but don't list any product descriptions or imprint information.

Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

It's from a Z-pack (zithromin). I buy them when I go to cozumel as I often get bronchitis.

I meant zithromax (z-pack), not zithromin. They're OTC in Mexico. And they work.
