A white oblong/oval pill imprinted with NJB 500 is rumored to be a Ciprofloxacin 500mg tablet; an antibiotic used to treat bacterial infections.

Unfortunately, I have not come across any definitive proof for this pill ID. However, multiple comments from other discussion threads have also reached the same prospective conclusion of Ciprofloxacin.

I'd just encourage you to take it into a local pharmacy for additional feedback.
