White Oval Pill 5113 V For Headaches

I found this medicine in my cabinet and have a sinus infection. Would it help at all with the headaches?

This tablet contains 650mgs of Acetaminophen and 100mgs of Propoxyphene, a generic for Darvocet, this is a mild narcotic pain reliever.
