White Oblong Pill With No Identifying Imprint
UpdatedFound these pills in my mother's pain med bottle (from hospice). Bottle says 7.5/325. I'm suspecting someone switched them out or could they be real in 2018? Worried about my mom!

No they can't be real. All prescription medication requires an imprint for pill identification. A white oblong pill that is blank is likely some kind of OTC-non FDA approved supplement such as a multivitamin.
