I purchased this product from our Walmart. It does say "for leg cramps" on the bottle! However, it should say it's a laxative. I took two around midnight... That's when I had the first one and two later my stomach started bubbling and about an hour later... I was woken up due to leg cramps and the runs. This pill is misleading. Be careful taking it.

This is a homeopathic remedy that is claimed to help with leg cramps, but of course, such claims have not been proven. As to the diarrhea, yes that is possible, as well as the indigestion, and flatulence.
And there is never anyway to know how any given product will affect anyone that takes it.
