Does this pill contain sulfur and is it an over the counter pill? What is it good for?

Hello George,

I was unable to find anything that matches this description. Would it possible for you to give me slightly more detail on the imprint? How are the letters and numbers spaced and where on the pill are they located? Is there a score on the pill? Does the pill look like it has a coating or is it grainy and easy to break apart?

Hopefully by getting some of this info I might have better luck finding the information that you're searching for.
