White Oblong Pill Tcl 284 (Top voted first)

Is this pill a Percocet? White pill tcl 284. My friend got prescribed some and isn't sure what exactly it is. I don't want him to take it cause it he is allergic to Percocets. Please help me out.

I'm happy to say that this pill is not a percocet so you don't have to worry about his reaction to that medication. According to the NIH this pill is a Guaifenesin and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, which is used to treat sinus symptoms and nasal congestion.
