White Oblong Pill Imprinted With C 114

Found a white oblong shaped pill with a C 114 imprint in my son's room. What type of pill is this?

This tablet is manufactured by Tris Pharma and they list it as containing 300mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone. This is an opiate narcotic.

The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.
