White Oblong Pill Brown Specks No Imprint Or Markings

I found five pills in my daughters room, all the same. they are oblong, about 3/4 in long, 1/4 in wide, and 1/4 in thick. they are an off white color with brown specks on the outside, but the inside is all white... what the heck could this be and is it harming her??

I'm sorry, but with no markings, it may be difficult to definitively identify it. It's not a prescription tablet, since they are all required to have markings, but that does leave it open to many over the counter possibilities.

Have you tried asking her about it?

I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you.

Does anyone else recognize these tablets?

They are called speckled birds , it a caffeine pill sold over the counter mostly at truck stops.

I took half a pill that i don't know what it is. It's an all white oblong pill with no writing. And in the middle it was brown.

I have diet pills that aren't split in the middle that look like that.

So how did that pill make you feel? I have 5 pills that are white round and brown specks inside and out and would love to know what it is. They have no imprints.

Its probably a caffeine and/or ephedrine look a like Phentermine tablet. Used to be called "Robin Eggs", they were white oblong, scored, with blue speckles on them. The look alikes were big in the eighties, could buy them really cheap from ads in magazines like High Times. They had look a like black capsules, round white crosses, christmas trees, etc... they were legal, they didn't contain amphetamines, but they did contain Ephedrine, Phenylpropanolamine and caffeine - and would make your heart beat fast and would suppress your appetite. That's what they were advertised for. Hope this answers your question.
