White Oblong Pill A One Side 10 On The Other Side

i found this pill in my medicine cabinet and have no clue what it is.. it is white and oblong, has a capital A on one side, but the cross bar of the A is almost at the very bottom of the A making it look like a triangle, but i think it is an A.. it has a 10 on the other side.. cann someone tell me what this is?
