I found this oblong white pill with 375 on one side. I need to know what this pill is. Can you please help?

I found a pill that matches your description. The pill is a Entex T guaifenesin 375 mg / pseudoephedrine hydrochloride 60 mg which is used to treat nasal congestion and coughing. Below I have added some information regarding this medication, unfortunately I wasn't able to find a picture to add as well.
