White Oblong Pill 20 20 With Colored Specs

White oblong pill, one side 20 20 other side blank with green pink and a couple yellow specs, or polka dots. has an imprint following the center.

I was walking home, and I discovered this white oblong pill, with what looks like pink and green spots on the pill. The pill is indented with 20 20 on one side, and nothing else on the other. I have never seen this before, and there are a lot of young children in my neighbor hood, and this looks like a candy. Like I said, there is an indent, to be broken, with 2020. My location is Thurmont, MD. if that is of any help. I just want to know what this is. I received an email stating that no one had replied, and to include more informantion. please help.
