White Heads And Red Bumps

hi, I am 29 year old am getting white heads & red bumps on face and scalp from past 5 years.As the doctor prescribed am taking levo bact 500 but if you stop taking again will appears.how do I get permanent solution from this. What are the problems if I take levobact 500

What type of soap and shampoo do you use? What types of foods do you eat? Both could contribute to such issues. Is your scalp very oily? Do you use a lot of conditioners on your hair?
