White Capsule Sg 158 And Two Yellowish Rings

Trying to identify a white capsule with two rings and SG 158. I can't really tell if the rings are orange or yellow.

They are meant to be yellow/gold, this is a 200mg Celecoxib tablet, a generic for Celebrex, it is used to pain, and inflammation. NDC: 50228-0158

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding, and stomach irritation.
